About Learn-Live-Hope Journey
Learn-Live-Hope Journey (LLHJ) is a for-profit leadership and formation company dedicated to equipping pastors, ministry leaders, and Christian coaches to facilitate grace-based Identity Formation.
Founded and led by Dr. Johan Green — an ordained pastor with over 20 years of ministry experience — LLHJ exists to help people move from performance-based identity to grace-anchored identity in Christ.
Through our Identity Formation Coach Certification, we train and certify coaches who serve in churches, ministries, and leadership contexts. Our approach integrates biblical theology, spiritual formation, pastoral safeguards, and structured coaching methodology. We do not train therapists — we form disciple-makers who help others live from their true identity in Christ.
While LLHJ operates as a limited liability company, our work is deeply rooted in Christian discipleship and pastoral care. Where possible, we offer sponsored access to individuals who may not be able to afford full tuition. Some participants choose to make a voluntary Pay-It-Forward Contribution to help sustain this work and expand access to formation opportunities.
These contributions are not tax-deductible and are used to support the ongoing development of LLHJ resources, training cohorts, and Dr. Green’s teaching and pastoral vocation.
