1. Purpose of the Coach Training​

This program equips individuals to coach from a biblical worldview using the Learn-Live-Hope Identity Formation approach. The purpose of this training is to develop coaching skill, spiritual growth, ethical competence, and guide-based transformation.

Enrollment constitutes agreement to the terms below.

 

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

To enroll you must:

• Pay the full training fee.

• Create your portal account and gain access.

• Agree to these Terms & Policies.

• Acknowledge that certification is earned, not purchased.

Enrollment does not guarantee certification.

Seats are limited.

 

3. Payment, Refunds & Cancellations

A) One-Time Full Payment
Training access is granted only after full payment is successfully processed through LLHJ’s website checkout.

B) Digital Content & Refund Policy
Once you log in to the Coach Portal or access training materials (including digital flipbooks, modules, or downloads), the program becomes delivered and no refund or cancellation is permitted.

No refunds will be granted due to:

• Change of mind or scheduling conflicts

• Financial hardship or inability to continue

• Lack of participation or withdrawal

• Access of training materials or the Coach Portal

 

C) Processing Fees
Payment processing fees (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Pay Later) are added to the total billed amount and are non-refundable. LLHJ does not profit from these fees.

 

D) Pay Later & Third-Party Financing
Any financing agreements through PayPal Pay Later or similar services are strictly between the purchaser and the provider. LLHJ is not responsible for approvals, denials, interest, or financing terms.

 

4. Content Ownership & Training Use Only

All identity tools, frameworks, terminology, diagrams, spiritual formation models, and LLHJ training materials remain the protected intellectual property of Learn-Live-Hope Journey LLC (LLHJ).

During training, Coach Trainees are granted educational use only, which is strictly limited to:

• Completing unpaid practice coaching hours required for certification

• Using LLHJ tools only within supervised or assigned training sessions

• Applying tools only for skill development under LLHJ guidance

Trainees may NOT:

1. Coach paying clients using LLHJ tools or frameworks

2. Advertise coaching services using LLHJ identity content

3. Modify, rebrand, or publish any LLHJ materials

4. Copy, download, print, or share protected materials outside assigned training use

5. Use LLHJ content to create programs, workshops, groups, or products

📌 Educational use ends immediately if a trainee attempts commercial or public use.

📌 Only certified LLHJ Identity Formation Coaches are granted commercial licensing rights.

💬 Personal Testimony Clause
Trainees are encouraged to share their journey personally (testimony style), but may not teach LLHJ identity methods online, in groups, churches, podcasts, social media, or public settings until certified.

🚫 Unauthorized commercial or public use before certification may result in:

• Removal from training without refund

• Termination of portal access

• Revocation of future licensing rights

• Possible legal action if intellectual property is misused

 

5. Certification Requirements

Certification is awarded based on:

• Attendance and participation

• Demonstration of coaching skill

• Ethical conduct and client respect

• Completion of practice coaching hours

• Passing evaluations and supervision requirements

 

Payment does not guarantee certification.
Certification must be earned through competence, behavior, and successful demonstration of LLHJ coaching methodology.

 

6. Commercial Licensing After Certification

After graduation, certified coaches receive:

• A Coach Certificate

• A Commercial License to use LLHJ tools when coaching clients

 

This license grants permission to:

• Use LLHJ identity tools, exercises, and methods with clients

• Advertise as a Certified LLHJ Identity Formation Coach

 

License Requirements
Coaches must:

• Use LLHJ tools with branding intact

• Not alter, rebrand, or white-label materials

• Represent LLHJ accurately and ethically

Prohibited Uses (Always Illegal)
 

Certified coaches may not:

• Train other coaches using LLHJ content

• Claim LLHJ methods as their own

• Sell LLHJ tools as stand-alone products

• Upload LLHJ content publicly as training

 

Violations may result in termination of licensing, portal access, and potential legal action. The certificate remains valid, but commercial rights may be suspended.

 

7. Ethical Conduct & Client Respect

Coaches must:

• Uphold biblical integrity and Christlike character

• Practice with excellence, empathy, and honesty

• Serve all clients without discrimination

• Protect confidentiality

• Maintain professional boundaries

 

Unethical conduct may result in removal without refund and/or suspension of commercial rights.

 

8. Privacy, Data & Coaching Hours

• Client names must be coded for privacy protection.

• LLHJ may verify logged hours and supervise performance.

• Falsification or misuse of hours results in expulsion without refund.

• Data is for educational and credentialing purposes only.

 

9. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, creating a portal account, or accessing ANY part of the training content, you agree that:

• This is a digital educational product

• No refunds are permitted once content is accessed

• Commercial use is permitted only after certification

• You will maintain ethical and contractual compliance

 

Your legal signature occurs by purchase. Access = Agreement.
